     $2,500.00

    Comprehensive coaching and support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum through the first year. Beginning at 34 weeks, I will be on call for you 24/7.  We will have regular meetings over Zoom and you can have video support during birth to ask real-time questions. If you should need to navigate challenges, I will offer options and ideas as they happen.

  • Couple’s Guidance

     $300.00

    This session is all about the partner’s role in birth and ensuring clear expectations between couples.  Partner’s often bear a big mental and emotional load when the person they love has chosen to birth their baby without a provider.  We will get clear about the accountability, responsibility, and where is falls to avoid misunderstandings.  This is also an opportunity for the partner to ask questions specific to their side of this experience.

    Duration : 60 MIN

  • Mini-Session

     $150.00

    We will cut to the chase and answer your remaining questions around your upcoming birth in detail.  Come prepared with your specific needs so we can make the most your time and I can bring you the most value. We move through your questions quickly in these sessions, but they can be recorded for you to refer back to later in case you didn’t catch a detail.

    Duration : 30 MIN

  • Quick Hit Session

     $500.00

    A 2 hour FULL session to discuss all of your needs in preparing for your freebirth.  We will work quickly and you will leave with all of your questions answered.  I’ll provide ideas for supplies, preparation, and education to be ready for the big day.  If more questions surface after, you will be able to schedule complimentary 15-minute calls prior to birth.  For this option, I will not be on call for your birth.

Perhaps you don’t, but for many it will alleviate stress and anxiety having a coach to plan out the experience and gain mental and physical preparedness.  

While the birthing parent may not need a coach, it is sometimes the partner and the siblings that are reassured by having someone experienced to guide them through the journey. 

I have special pricing prepared for those living in developing countries, so please ask. No matter where you are in the world, I can support you as long as you have an internet connection consistently available where you intend to birth.
